Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
  • Certain items such as personal care, skincare, and beauty products may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
